A mounting plate for the Modelcraft RS-3 Hobby Servo for mounting it to the Makerbeam miniature T-slot system (or similar profiles). The base plate of the mount is 6x6 cm, the screw holes are 5 cm apart. This allows mounting of the servo parallel to the t-slot profile or at an angle of 90°. Helped me a lot with some prototyping stuff.
