Hi all my arm cuff snapped on my Garrett detector so decided to make one with sketchup, heres my created cuff which im currently printing now, I will add the holes via a drill later and thought id upload without the holes as many detectors hole placements vary. UPDATE I have removed the skp and added a new one with the amended back cuff support, but will now remove the stl and amend that to UPDATE (I SCALED DOWN IN REPG TO ABOUT 0.75) All done please upload some pics of your build of this thanks :) Printed on a Wanhao Duplicator 4 Bright green (lol) PLA @230 Heated bed @ 60 with Acetone/PLA brushed lighlly on the bed Layer 0.3 infill 100 Took 5 hours 34 minutes I had to edit the Gcode line M109 S110 T1 (set HBP temperature) And changed the 110 to 60 before printing and iv had no warping of any of my builds since doing so and iv had lots of warping so if your having curling edge problems this will solve your issues
