Added the fan turbine holder. This gives a mighty blow in the South (if you know what I mean). The title sounds great, always wanted to announce something simple with a bang. First of all: You loose your warranty using this connector (what warranty, the FabTotum Support is crap anyway; buahuahuahua) - I am NOT responsible if you kill your FabTotum (or yourself due to the open electronic parts). Second: I wonder why no one really came up with this connector. The FabTotum printer is a real pain itA. Everything is covered. I had a major clogging which was not solvable from the outside (as some cool dude from support suggested). Anyway, I had to heat up my hotend while the cover was gone. Therefore I fired up my RepRap Ormerod 2, printed this part and succeded. With the new connector all the connectivity issues where gone as well. Printing is also no problem (but be careful because there is no cooling). Even better than with the plastic cover. I will work on a solution to connect the turbine fan. I will update this version soon. Printed with 0.2mm PLA and 25% infill at moderate speed (be aware that this should be a precision part). Then I used the two M2.5 screws from the original head to mount it. Be aware that it is a real tight fit. Do not tighten the screws like mad - You need to play with the two screws: -> Fit it onto the printer and look how the connectors are aligned. Then you can push or pull the connectors to the right or left by loosing or tightening the two screws.
