A relatively slim wallet for your everyday carryWell, i wanted a slim wallet. The few on the market that i was very interested in aren't for sale yet. So here is my attempt at designing my own.I printed at .25mm layer height, 30% infill, 3 perimeters. print the parts, clean up the groves, etc. put together. I used -128 orings. You need to stretch the orings a bit to get them into the grooves. The design of the walls is undercut so that the orings will retain themselves. I used a 7/64 in ream to clean up the grooves after printing. The render shows 13 CC'sAny comments, sugegstions, etc, let me know. Enjoy.Update, I included a .zip of the solidworks assembly. The parts might look a little hacked together, because they are. It was a very quick design. The plate is just two configurations of the same part. Udate 8 Mar 2013, I lied, i used -128 orings.
