This model rocket nose cone is hollow with thin walls. My print of this weighed 8 grams. The narrower portion at the base has a diameter of about 35.3 mm. The widest portion of the nose cone is about 38mm in diameter. This printed fine on my TOM MK6+ with no "over-hang defects" (No support materials were required).
