Created in Autodesk Inventor. The Inventor 'part' (.ipt) file is included in case you want to modify the text. Basically I took a license plate frame off of one of my motorcycles, measured it with calipers and designed one with the text I wanted..I've printed a couple of these on my Replicator 2. I use supports and no raft, but a raft wouldn't hurt, the rear does not need a fine finish.
