This is an alternate chassis for the for the OAR Kit - Open Academic Robot Kit. The 3D printer that I use at school is relatively expensive to run and the laser cut parts in this file were a quick and cheap way to put the robotic buggy together. The parts in this file are intended to be cut from a 6mm thick billet in a laser cutter. I have used acrylic sheet and assembled using a solvent type glue. However the parts could easily be cut from 6mm MDF and assembled using PVA glue. Mounting holes have been included for a Raspberry Pi, the Open CM board, the Dynamixel servos, as well as the shoulder brackets for the camera arm. there are also holes on the rear panel that can be used for a toggle switch and a circuit breaker.
