Have you ever looked at a tube you have lying around the house and thought, "Man, I'd like to make a rocket out of that!" Well now, you can! This is a simple collection of OpenSCAD files that allow you to input the dimensions of a tube(inner and outer radius) and watch as OpenSCAD creates the 3D model. This collection has 3 main rocket parts: Nosecone: The nosecone file creates a simple conical nosecone Coupler: The coupler creates a coupler so that you can stick multiple tubes together Fincan: The fincan file allows you to set the radius of the motor you want to use (default is an 18mm motor) as well as the fin shape and positionTo make a nosecone, coupler or fincan that fits for a specific tube that you want to use as the airframe, simply change the variables in the respective .scad files with OpenSCAD. Make sure your fins are the right size or you might not have a stable flight!...but that's up to you. You can model your rocket in OpenRocket to check if it will be stable.
