My second version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:756956 to include the mounting holes for Dc'42s sensor(https://miscsolutions.wordpress.com/ormerod-hot-end-board-v2/)The Duct comes between the Fan spacer and the heatsink and held in place by the two scews at the bottom. I added my modified version of the fan spacer couse i broke the acrylic one and find it works better then the acrylic. The pad is wider and longer version of the Dc's pad it sometimes hit the threaded rod so i made it a bigger. The sensor is held in place by 2x M3x8mm allen scews and two nuts. The scews go throuh the insolator then the sensor into the fan duct. The duct and the insulator is printed at 0.2mm layer hight with supports enabled(if you have Simplify 3D make sure that the pillar resolution is set to 1mm) and turn it on the flat side(like in the picture). Also added a modified Fan duct to go on the spacer, i have moved the mounting hole by 2mm to compensate for the 2mm extra for the Sensor Duct For the X-carridge i use this: https://github.com/chrishamm/ormerod-parts/blob/master/x-carriage-no-sensor.stl
