Here's two outlet covers for my old 1960's home. I couldn't find them at the local Home Depot, so why not design and print myself. 2.75" (distance between holes) X 4.125" Diameter and 3.50" (distance between holes) X 4.625" Diameter Both are .09" thick and have a conic radius at the edge, to blend into the wall and transition smoothly to the flat surface. if you have another size you would like made, just let me know and I will design and upload it for you**
