This is a model I found on 3dexport.com by air3Dplane. The original model was just for show and needed some adjustments in order to be printed. One adjustment I made was for rotating propellers! NEW! Now with stand! IMPORTANT: Please read instructions before printing!I printed this using a .35mm nozzle and 3mm ABS. If done properly, it should turn out like the picture. I tried to scale them all and put them in one .stl....but bad things happened...for some reason. But I know it actually does work like this: The pieces will need to be rotated accordingly once imported into your CAD or print software: Front: -90 Back: 90 Tail Front: -90 Tail Back: 90 Or just be smart and make all the flat sides face down. I scaled mine up to x35, but you can do however suits you. (The bigger the better as to utilize the rotating propellers.) I would recommend printing the propellers seperately as they may need to be scaled TALLER (On the Z axis) to come out better. I believe I ended up scaling mine as: X-35 Y-35 Z-60 You may also need support material for the propellers only. Once printed, you may need to open the holes better on the cap for the props. (Just dig it out a bit, there's a hole in there somewhere.) I used a 1.75mm piece of filament as the axel for the props. A paper clip is around the right diameter as well. The rest is pretty self explanatory. Enjoy!
