This is a 3mm Light Emitting Diode mount for a Persistance of vision system. The 16 LEDs are prepared by sanding part of the bottom epoxy lip away, this enables the leds to be closely packed together (essential to Pov system) The Mount is recessed so that the Leds can be butted against it, allowing the leds to be flush and at the same level. I have used a Parallax Propeller chip to drive the LEDs.
