Featuring Zaggo's mecanum wheel design, this thing was created in OpenSCAD so its parameters can be easily changed. By default, the dimensions are more or less the same, except for the ligher wheel hub and thicker rollers and roller brackets. The mechanism by which the wheel is attached to the motor/axle is not fully fleshed out yet. Most likely, I will modify the design to accept Futaba servo X-horn, since I didn't get a round horn when I ordered my continuous rotation servo from Parallax.I don't think Thingiverse will let me choose more than one ancestor for this thing, so I'll list the things I borrowed from here:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8443The instructions for making the wheel are the same as for Zaggo's wheel. Roller brackets are the trickiest to print because of their 45-degree incline and thin walls. I was able to obtain the sturdiest brackets by enabling support material. I have yet to try this, but I think that setting infill solidity to about 0.75 should produce a fairly robust wheel. If you wish to modify the design, you need to download all .scad files, since wheel.scad and roller.scad depend on them.
