Links to pop together to make a chain for a bracelet or necklace. Two lengths of link provided and a twist-action clasp. This clasp is a bit stiff and there's no tactile feedback to help identify the links, but it works.Printed at both standard (0.2mm layer height) and high quality (0.1mm layer height). Standard quality has worked tolerably well. To assemble put one on a solid surface and press another down from above. I have actually taken to using a hammer* to pound a one piece onto another. Tolerances are close and the amount of expansion in a print depends on the plastic. Earlier prints I had fairly low survival rates for pieces, but after printer repairs things are much better. Out of ~40 links this morning one piece misprinted and one broke during assembly. The pay off for the close tolerances and difficulty assembly is a durable chain that takes considerable force to break. If a link breaks during assembly use pliers to put a 90 degree or more bend at one end of a straightened paper clip. Hook this into hole of the ball and use pliers to keep a good grip on the paper clip and pull it out. If the other half of the broken link is already part of a chain use pliers to pull it off making sure to grip it at the end so as not to damage the head of the link snapped into it.
