A 3D printable monitor button panel for the Porta-Pi arcade cabinet, a great little kit, fun to assemble and hack, and more fun to play. Note: Arcade cabinet kit not included :) (mine is Kickstarter version; delivered on time, too!).I print both pieces in one plate, 20% fill and 4mm brim. Fit is tight; you can download sources and adjust to suit (code is messy but parametric). Support in Slic3r doesn't seem to do much for buttons, but the free-air part is just a couple of layers high, so easy to fix quickly with a file after printing. The little nubs are necessary though (switch faces not flat). The button cutout assembly is nicely designed and pretty forgiving of mistakes. Proof: I glued it backwards (doh!) and it was pretty easy to fix. Therefore what you see in my final assembled pics are different from the stock kit, but the STL is for unhacked panel (orange test print photo). The innermost and outermost panels in the "sandwich" can be sanded across short edges by 0.5mm or so, to make fitting even easier.
