This is a remix of the cited derivative and the Brutstruder http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4036 I simply took the bottom block and combined it with the replacement drive from natetrue. I also made the filament drive holes bigger to be the same diameter as the bottom block of the Brustruder.Print it and use the Printruder II dino http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5394 from wulfdesign.Didn't print it yet i have some problems with the idler wheel from my MK4 i just glued the two acrylics one i have to make it thinker so that the filament doesn't slide under or over it.
