My Y tensioner snapped on my Simple 1405, so a Printrbottalk.com member inspired me to design one. I have not had a chance to print this as my printer is out of order currently, but there should be no reason why it doesn't work. Print at 70% or more infill. The F and Y represent the front portion, this should be facing the motor/outward. The OrF is just a signature. The belt holes are angles for strain relief and to make the angle of the belt on the back to be less-sharp. There are nut holes for nuts, they will still protrude slightly, but should stay in! If there are any size issues, please let me know. This will remain a WIP until someone can confirm that it fits properly. Update 16 June 2014: X tensioner added, it is a bit longer than the original but should be ok. A WIP until confirmation.Print at high resolution (.1mm layer height is what I would use), 70% or more infill. Do a slow print as the part is small. Use M3 bolt and nut!
