This is a simple filament guide designed to be attached to the 8mm frame of the Prusa i3. The mounting holes dimensions are based on preexisting holes in the frame of my Migbot Prusa i3. You'll want a 624 bearing (and M3 bolt) for the slot that the filament passes through, however if you don't have one I've included a printable bushing-type replacement. Right now I'm using this type of bushing design in a belt tensioner and it has been reliable so far. I've included a blank frame plate to allow customization, as well as my own version I made for my printer. Please see instructions for optimal print. And sorry for the bad screenshots lol.I highly recommend using a raft when printing, or at the very least a brim to keep it from falling over mid-print. You'll need to enable Support 'Everywhere' if using Cura. I designed this file to print with minimal support, and you'll see in the screenshot that with Support enabled 'Everywhere', only the Bearing slot needs support (shown in blue). I'd post a picture of it made but my cell phone broke and I have no other camera, but please feel free to post a picture if you make this.
