I've got this RAM Tough Dock monitor mount installed in my truck that holds my Panasonic Toughbook. I recently added a wired rear view camera on my 5th wheel and needed a place to mount the monitor for that. This adapter mounts where the "laptop monitor stabilizing arm" usually goes on the RAM Tough Dock. My tough dock never came with the arm, and the monitor/lid has such a stiff lid that I wouldn't even need it. This mount connects directly to that point and allows a 1" RAM ball mount to be connected to the side of the dock. From there, a short arm will be attached to the monitor. More pictures will follow as I complete and install it back into the truck. I printed a white one initially, then once I confirmed that it was good, printed a final one in black. Only ONE is needed to mount to the side of the RAM Tough Dock.
