This is a design for a cover to keep those stray air currents from compromising my prints. You may have seen my much improved heavily modified printer - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:47899 - In essence it is a Replicator 1 Dual with all the necessary fixes to get it to work well consistently. I have been meaning to finish the tranformation to carbonator for some time so I am both relieved and proud to announce that this is now complete. All panels and top cover were cut on my CNC router http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5632 from the supplied DXF files. You will note that the HPB arms are from "bottleworks" - I highly recommend these. Other add-ons since I posted the first changes include: extruder enhancements, HPB replacement, borosilicate glass, three point levelling platform and some other stuff...which I hope to chronicle at some future date when my list of projects diminishes. BTW - the tool holder rack at bottom right of the picture is still in the process of completing design - I will post the finished item when I am satisfied with the result.
