Decided to make a fan guard for my Replicator 1 Dual. This one has a couple of spacer tabs in the middle to ensure the guard wont touch the fans and large openings for increased air flow. To install it, just slide it down over the fans.I made mine using Supports and the Standard(Medium setting in older MakerWare) setting in MakerWare which equates to: Infill: 10% Shells: 2 Layer Height: 0.30mm I included the .STL and .SKP in case you want to hack it up to your liking.
