This is a two piece clip on fan duct to mount 40mm fans to the stock Robo3D R1 Hexagon hot end and X-carriage. Ducts fit front and back of X-carriage and are very solid (no wobbling like other fan ducts).Print the duct with the fan mounting surface on the build platform. Print the clip with either side of it on the build platform so that it forms a J when viewed from above ( the clip will break if not printed in this orientation). I printed at .2 layer height and used CA glue AKA "super glue" to attach the clip to the duct. It is a tight fit, and may require some filing/sanding to fit properly.
