Further refinement of the X-ends to suit Thompson 4 part linear bearings. Anyone who has attempted to use Thompson SPM08 linear bearings in place of LM8UU's will know that they are close, but painfully not close enough to LM8UU to be used in place. I have modded these X-ends to suit the Thompson SPM08 linear bearings (slide like smooth buttery goodness.) I have included the 608 skate bearing cheek mod, and have also fixed a recently detected issue with the "Friction Fit" on 8mm smooth rod (the existing code called for a 9mm hole!) now my printers are printing properly this was really noticeable. To solve another issue, I have made the friction fit holes closed off, to facilitate the rod shortening, and X belt tensioning against the X rods instead of being restrained by the Z rods. I also include some centering caps for the i3 Y bed spangle plate design, previously the Thompson bearings were a little soft, and difficult to get nice action on the Y-rods. these tensioning caps slide over the ends and guide the 4 parts to be concentric on the rod, for a much nicer glide there as well. I will add the extruder bearing solution once I come up with it!OpenScad FTW, adjusting and clarifying the interactions of the parts in Prusa's fantastic design,
