This is a dock for the Samsung Galaxy S4 designed for the dashboard of a Toyota FJ Cruiser. It is designed to keep the phone charged and available for navigation without obstructing your view. Print the two cuts of the phone (mount and case) with not support and glue together. Alternatively, print the entire object with support. Use mounting tape to attach to the dash of your car. For other car models, the case cut may be useful by itself. A charging cord can be inserted and glued in place on the right hand side of the object. First, place the phone into the mount and plug the charing cord into the side. Then glue the outside of the mount to the cable and leave the phone and cord there until set. ABS, PVC, or other plastic-based glues are recommended. As with any other printed item designed for hot or sunny locations, do not print in PLA, as the sun can warp PLA parts. ABS or other more heat-resistant materials are recommended for this print.
