This is a self-splicing group I intron. It can excise itself from its surrounding RNA and paste the surrounding pieces of RNA back together. The CYT18 protein binds to the surface of the group I intron to help stabilize its three dimensional structure within a cell. This was printed on a MakerBot Replicator 2X. You will need to create a custom profile that uses the old support structure and not the newer sparser supports. First select standard quality then create a custom profile. Then edit the profile and look for "supportExcessive". Set this value to "true" and then save the preset. The build time for Twort is around 20 hours at 150% scale with standard quality and "Excessive" support.
