I made this in order to attach a Stanley shop vac to my planar. Couldn't seem to find this at the hardware store. This will fit perfectly snug on the inside of each port and allow for a couple small bits of painters tape to create an air tight seal. This can be 3d printed accurately with PLA or ABS Modeled in 3D Studio max using 2 circles, an edit mesh to join them, and an extrusion to connect them. I then added a 1mm shell modifier on the inside of the object.
