This is a simple wire spool that fits in most small tackle/hobby boxes so you can easily carry around several colors of jumper wire for prototyping.This design tiles so it's optimized for cutting. I cut mine from 0.06" ABS sheet using the following settings on my 35W mini-18: Speed: 15% Power: 54% Frequency: 500HzThe two holes on the interior of the spool are for starting the spool easily. The inside of the spool is 3 inches wide, so you can easily count out approximately how much wire a spool has on it and each holds 10-15 feet of 22AWG wire. There's also a tab you can wrap the free end of the spool around to prevent the spool from unraveling. I have yet to test this with stranded wire, but it works quite well for solid core.
