This is an improved ski for DAEWOO / DAETECH 6HP 66cm wide snow plow. I modelled it with SketchUp because the original skis were poorly engineered and an pain in the ass to adjust. Työsyvyys 1cm. Next generation will have more V-shaped bottom to improve the steering. Stay tuned! Update - suksi3v2.stl is the latest iteration with improved steering and clearance.I printed it with Simplify 3D & Leapfrog Creatr'14 Dual, blue 1,75mm PLA @ 220C, no supports (newest version requires supports!), 30% infill, layer height: 0,3mm I also recommend to make the outer shell thicker to give it more robustnest against stones etc. scratching damage, I used these settings: Top solid layers: 4 Bottom solid layers: 4 Outline/perimeter 5 shells ABS could be even better material, but I was too lazy to change the spool and PLA works just fine - but I assume it can be brittler than ABS in very cold temperatures.
