I wanted to mod an old Sony Vaio case and remove any branding that was put on it. I decided to use magic-sculp modeling epoxy from http://www.magicsculp.com because it can be smoothed with water; and when it dries, it can be sanded level like Bondo. However my previously designed sculpting tools were just not cutting it because of the sheer volume of material that needed to be spread. So I decided on creating this tool. The last photo is a picture of the tool and one of my sculpting tools after a good 2 hours of work.Simply print using 2 perimeters and 10% infill. On my CTC Makerbot clone it did print a solid fill every other 2 layers, although I never designed that when I made the tool with Autodesk Fusion 360. I printed my version with red PLA because it stands out against lightly colored material like the modeling clay.
