To complete my RepWalker Mutants I had no servo at hand because the mail order took so long. That's why I designed this fast to print but still manual turning servo dummy. You can use this servo dummy for every application where you need a servo to complete your creation but don't have a standard servo with the base size of 40 x 20 mm at home. I also use this for older and not functional models which should still look good in the shelf. shellmo.radow.orgThe design height is 0.5 mm. To get good printing results - especially for the c-ring and it's counter grove - you should print it in 0.5, 0.25 or 0.125 mm layer height. With my RepRap printer I got good results with a d =Â? 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.5 mm layer height as shown on the photo.
