I´ve created this simple holder to give a tea light candle a save position in the twisted gear lamp (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31722). I made the outer diameter of the holder some mm smaller than the inner diameter of the lamp. Therefore you are able to scale the holder for your tea light candle without get problems to fit it in the twisted gear lamp.
