
The Snowman is a children's picture book without words by English author Raymond Briggs, first published in 1978 by Hamish Hamilton in the U.K., and published by Random House in the U.S. that November. In Britain it was highly commended runner up for the Kate Greenaway Medal from the Library Association, recognizing the year's best children's book illustration by a British subject. In the U.S. it was named to the Lewis Carroll Shelf Award list in 1979. This model was made to resemble the body and hat. The face is not included. Update: 12-4-14 Added a repaired version of the snowman that has no open holes, so the head is closed, much easier to print, Also attached a Split by X axis. and a small Y cut for a minimized snowman, The hat might need to be thickened up but i cut it in two, its still a work in progress.
