The White Stripe is an interactive light made out of 5 elements that fit together. The lamp can be combined freely and you can produce as many modules as you want or need. The modules are hold together by magnets which are also used to transport electricity. Watch out, that you don't touch the magnets while the light is on and don't mix up the plus and minus pole (are marked on the frame). You need basic knowledge in electronics to produce the electronics and the LED-stuff. The White Stripe is made with a laser cutter. You need: First cut out the frames with a laser cutter, then grind 45° or 60° angles in the edges. After paint it in a color you like, and stick the thin paper on the inside of the frames. Then glue the magnets and the pieces of iron on the outside of the frames. Take care of the polarity of the magnet! Cut out the LED-stripe construction, put it together and glue it. Glue the LED-stripes on the edge of the construction, then connect the LEDs with the magnets. The last step is gluing the single frames together.
