This is a 1/8" thick acrylic, laser-cut, top cover that protects the power supply and electronics on my printer. Before I made these covers, I had some scraps drop into the fan of the power supply. So I made these covers to help protect both the power supply, and the electronics from items (such as screws) dropping down and shorting or breaking the fan.Cut two of these. If you have access to a laser, you'll need a sheet of 1/8" thick acrylic that is about 18" by 11" for the two parts. The left and right sides are mirror images, so you can cut out two identical parts and just turn one over. Take care and you can work each cover into place on a fully assembled printer. Then hold in place using three T nuts and M5 x 8 screws. For my cover, I used "smoke" acrylic, which has gray tint that you can see through.
