Decorative LED LAMP, Based on the building "TURNING TORSO" by Architect Santiago Calatrava. You´ll need to do some laser cut´s on 3mm MDF and some more on 3mm Crystal Acrylic. Some other parts are 3d Printed. Someone could make a derivative to make the entire proyect Printable/Laser cuted.First Step. CUT "BASE3mmMDF" in 3mm MDF. With that you´ll be able to build the Lamps base. Every part only fits in one place, you cannot go wrong. Paint it, or dont.SECOND STEP. The building consists on 9 BLOCKS, feel free to make less or more. FOR EVERY BLOCK you´ll have to Cut in Crystal Clear Acrylic the file "Building3mmAcrylic", then, print 6 times the STL "Main Columns". Glue each colunm to Each piece of acrylic, where the acrylic is engraved. Glue each "floor"( acrylic + column ) to the next. You´ll notice each column isn´t perfectly straight. They rotate 1,6 degrees. Respect that while gluing floors to one another. This will make the entire lamp to look like it´s turning. Repeat for every block.Third Step. Print "TOPLEDBOX.stl." Insert 2 5mm Led inside, solder them in secuence and take the cable out using the small hole and pass the cable from top to base using the small holes in ich floor. Glue both stl pieces together.Fourth step. Put Two 5mm LEDS in the base, using the only one two holes that allow this to be done. Solder to the incoming cable from the top.Five Step. You´re done. Connect the power cables to any 12 Volt DCC power supply and enjoy your new lap.TIP. Use a 5 mm Rod when gluing the blocks togheder, thats why the base floor of each block has an 5 mm hole, to make shure it´s all perfectly aligned.
