A printhead for the Ultimaker which enables the use of the excellent Printrbot UBIS Ceramic Hotend. This setup is significantly lighter, smaller, and easier to maintain than the stock hotend, and probably any other aftermarket setup as well. Clogging has been nonexistent. Z build height has been increased. Ringing should be reduced. Wobble due to linear bearing play should be reduced. Complex assembly and disassembly routines are a thing of the past. Notes: Printed solid in PLA - seems to hold up fine. XT or ABS will surely work great! The bearing sleeves have a wall of support material built into them in order to keep things perfectly circular. These will need to be removed with a knife after the print. If the fit on the bearings is tight (it should be) warming the printhead slightly over the stove before fitting will enable a tight, semi-permanent fit of the bearings.
