Update: I used the Cardboard tuner: https://www.google.com/get/cardboard/viewerprofilegenerator/ to create a profile for my particular setup. So if you're using amazon's "Ajax Scientific Polished Glass Double Lenses Spherical (Bi-convex), 38mm Diameter, 50mm Focal Length", and have an IPD of 65mm, the attached QR code should work for you too. A VR viewer that will fit 5.5" phone screens. Supplement this part with lens holders here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:634507 ...and phone clips here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:634492 (Note that these aren't absolutely necessary. Rubber bands will attach any size or shape of phone to this headset nicely.) Also recommended: 3 X 0.5" neodymium magnets. 2 on the outside, one on the inside. 1.5" elastic for headband. Foam Padding for head comfort. Summary: I modified my previous viewer: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:634518 to have button access on the outside of the viewer instead of the inside. In so doing, I also had to narrow the screen window slightly, so the fit for the Note4 is now a little less than ideal. I also added an additional phone clip nubbin to the top of the headset, so the upper clip should now snap into place just like the bottom one.
