Wall mount brackets for Verizon's Quantum Gateway router seem to be hard to come by. Some say they're supposed to come with the install, but often do not. Removing the base, you can attach the router to this piece with the alignment posts and the center screw. Unlike the base, this can be mounted left- or right-facing. The wall mount slots will fit over most flat or pan head wood screws, and you can mount it sideways or upside down as well. STL base units should be millimeters. As a check, the center-to-center distance for the wall-mount holes is 80mm.Made in Solidworks, converted to STL. Then fabbed on a Stratasys FDT Titan in polycarbonate. Note that this may be difficult to fab in a single material builder with no sacrificial support material. May be able to work around this by replacing the alignment posts with through holes for pan-head machine screws. they may be the right size to substitute for the posts.
