Designed my own version of the cooling duct to replace the stock one, still using the stock 30mm fan. I uploaded the pictures of the first one I printed...I do not recommend printing supports inside that ring. I literally spend like 2 hours digging out the support material from the ring and some more grinding the edges a bit smoother after all that work. Before uploading I changed the design for it to sit the same height as stock, and made the opening where the air comes out a bit bigger but still not totally open downward hoping to direct it toward part. For support, I think support that are touching the printer bed might be fine, but can't say for sure. I will make a 40mm version if there is actually anyone that wants one. Edit: Changed the orientation to match how Thingiverse displays it.
