
This is a mod I made to the one designed by evadeninja (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:906366) I made the Slots wider Both Brackets have 2x 2.5mm Holes for Switch mounting w/ 4mm Hex for m2 Hex Nuts on back side. and Permits Flush Mounting to frame. Also 2.5mm wide Slots for Height Adjustable Mounting in Factpry Threaded Holes in support arm. Versions are marked on Top for Reference v1: Slots are .3 mm from Nuts total of 14.5 mm Travel ..... Works Great for the 3/32 glass I bought from Lowe's. ..... Can raise bed almost all the way up and NOT hit the extruder when HOMED v2: Slots are 1.8mm from Nuts total of 13.0 mm Travel ..... works for thicker GlassCreated this part in Autodesk Inventor 2012 Printed Using Cura with Makergeeks 'Dark as Night PLA' ...I had to scale it x10 to get it proper size 1 : 1 My Cura Setting: Layer Height: .3 Shell Thickness: .8 Bottom/ Top Thickness: .6 Print Speed: 50 mm/s Printing Temp: 230 C Bed Temp: 50 C Support Type: None MY INSTALLATION: Remove Existing 2m screws that hold Switch ... be careful of the 2 nylon spacers Install 2 Nuts on m2 x 12mm screws all the way up to head Place 2 m2 nuts into hex on back of bracket ... should be a snug fit (I used pliers to pop them in) Slide screws onto switch Place switch with screws thru holes and thread into nuts ... snug them but do not use brute force or you may break switch Slide 2x m2 x 6mm screws thru slots on bracket ... snug them but do not use brute force or you may strip support threads Thread screws into factory mount holes in support arm Adjust switch to desired height ... can use longer m2 screws and thread thru support and put nuts on back if desired, mined worked just fine with threaded directly to support.
