Print 2 halves, join with ABS cement, lightly clean up the print with some sanding, put a few layers of sandable primer spray, sand, light layer of bondo, sand, paint and BEHOLD! (coat the entire inner portion of the faceplate with abs, this fuses the plastic)Main Helmet Instructions: Print Front/Back helmet portions, join with ABS cement, lightly clean up print with some sanding, put a few layers of sandable primer spray, sand, apply light layer of bondo, sand, paint, and BEHOLD.
