Some of our test rigs have huge numbers of thermocouples or other sensors. The management of 32 wires entering one DAQ card can be a nightmare. The cards do not have a good system for dealing with this, and the existing padded metal clamping bar doesn't do a very good job securing all the wires. There are always some getting pinched and some still loose. Bolt this bracket to the card, ignore the clamp bar, and use zip-ties to bundle and secure the wires to the bracket.Print with the disc-shaped feet against the plate. Cut off the little discs afterward.
