This is a case for Bus Pirate v3.6 (DP6037 60x37mm PCB footprint). I found the design of the source thing really elegant, but unfortunately it did not withstand the abuse I gave it and came apart too easily (esp when swapping cables, which I did often). So I made this, which looks almost the same but uses M3 screws and internal standoffs (top and bottom) to keep everything together snugly. OpenSCAD source included for further customization. You'll just need four M3 nuts and ~10mm cap screws. Don't go crazy overtightening them. I prefer to press nuts in with soldering iron and/or friction weld them in place, but holes should work without having to do either (in fact, if you're going to press with iron as I did, might want to shave 0.2-0.5mm off nut_d in the source).
