as in descriptionyou will need to drill a hole on the wood base between the two level screws. then thread a m3x30 screw through the center of the "thing" and bolt to it. the 2 original level screws are bolted and secured to the "thing". Adjust only the center bolt and 2 rear ones to level the plate. works quite well.
