Custom mount for iPhone 6 that uses the CD player slot in Ford C-Max to hold the phone at an easy height for using as a GPS. Be sure to check out version 3.0.3 - that is my latest and best fit.I started off with a solid mount that the phone would slide into, but after my first prototype, I realized that two much smaller pieces would be quicker to printer and easier to maintain. I ended up cutting some cardboard and taping it together to get the rough angles and then printing a couple partial models to test for fit and angles. Eventually I arrived at the current design. Because the iPhone6 has the camera stick out 0.7 mm I had to add slots. The latest design (3.0.3) fit perfectly for me without feeling too tight or too loose. I glued (testing simple white glue) the non-slip shelf liner to the base. You may need to dip the curved hooks into very hot water and tighten or loosen the fit to your phone. You will also want to use a non-slip shelf liner between the mounts and the car as PLA is very slick and with enough acceleration you can get the mounted phone to slide out, which is a bad thing.
