Sometimes you can't get everything aligned for one print, and you want to assemble it after. This is a slide fit joint I am using to solve that problem. It has an openSCAD file, and so can be added to other openSCAD projects.I printed these test objects with a .4mm nozzle, 0.8mm wall thickness, and 30% fill. Inland PLA, 210C
