A test pattern to determine how small and of what quality your printer can build pegs, hollow cylinders, and wheel-and-axle shapes along the ZThe shapes are all 3mm tall and printed on a planar substrate.Setting "Restart Extra distance" to 0 in skeinforge helps a lot. All heights are a multiple of 0.2mm, so that would work well for a layer thickness.With these settings, I could get the Replicator print (in ABS):The uploaded test is pictured, lower right.I couldn't print:I had a lot of trouble skeinforge 47->comb creating invalid segments and barfing red when making this.Can you do better?
