My wife hurt her pinky close to the palm and needed it immobilized. The CVS across the street doesn't carry this type of splint so she gets a printed one. There is a left and right version (slightly curved for comfort) and the photo shows the best way to tape it. It fit her hand as well as mine and if you like, you can wrap the area with gauze first for cushion. Update: 9-14-2015 I added versions with holes. It helped my wife from getting stinky pinky.
