This clip fits tightly on this mount: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0093WB92Y the mount works great since it's metal but the shower head holding part was not large enough and without this printed clip the shower head would fall out. Now it's held securely while still being easy to remove when needed. We got that shower head since the laser cut holes give us higher pressure since our water is not pressurized all the time. It works great, I'm not sure if the beads do anything though. I modified the part in OpenSCAD, and added the rounded corners in Sketchup.
