A manually-adjustable, non-destructively-attachable deflector for motorcycle windshield. Clamp on trailing edge of motorcycle windshield and tilt it up/down to keep the turbulant air away from your helmet. Or steer it toward your helmet. If you prefer.Modelled in Solidworks, sized to print on a TOM. Uses M3 bolts of 12 to 20mm lengths for assembly. Most bits printed with 2 shells and 30% infill. Uses thin rubber sheet or foam (or maybe Sugru?) to make the clamp jaws grippy. I recommend Nyloc nuts because motorcycles are high-vibration environments. Print: 1 centre wing 1 left wing 1 right wing 2 brackets (Mirror the second one in RepG) (1) Bolt the left and right wings to the centre wing panel. (2) Bolt the brackets onto the left and right wings. (3) The non-invasive clamps are a little tricky. The bolt through the rearmost holes should have two nuts between the jaws of the clamp. One nut is tightened up against the upper clamp arm. The other nut is used to push the opposite jaw DOWN. (4) The frontmost holes have a bolt through them. One nut is used to pull the lower clamp arm toward the upper. (5) Clamp jaws onto windshield with Sugru or thin foam-rubber or rubber sheet to protect (and engrippify) the windshield. (6) Adjust angle as necessary to help steer the air coming off the windshield up/down to preference. I use this to keep the turbulant air away from my helmet, i.e. reduced wind noise and buffeting. Something like that.
